Knitted Mesh Filters

Knitted mesh filter is another application of knitted wire mesh. Knitted mesh filter mainly refers to the knitted wire mesh used for filtering application, including the gas-liquid filtering, particles filtering and other filtering applications.
The main types of knitted wire mesh filter are compressed knitted wire mesh, knitted mesh mist eliminator and knitted wire mesh panels.

Compressed knitted wire mesh is mainly used to prevent fiery particles from entering and damaging the airbag and affecting the property of the airbag. It can also be used to cool the expanding gas. Compressed knitted wire mesh can also be used in the gas-liquid separators for gas and liquid separation.

Knitted wire mist eliminator is mainly used for separating and removing the droplets ranging from 3μm to 5μm in the gases. The knitted wire mist eliminator can be made of stainless steel wire, monel wire, aluminum wire or PP wire.
The knitted wire mist eliminator has lots of types according to different standards. It can be standard type or wave type, and the shape of knitted wire mist eliminator can be rectangular or round. The knitted mesh of mist eliminator can be flattened type or ginning type.

Knitted wire mist eliminator is widely used in the chemical, petrochemical industries, pharmacy and other industrial fields for separating and filtering.

Knitted wire mesh can be made into different panels with frames and supporting grilles. the knitted wire mesh panel is widely used in various filtering applications for liquid-gas separating and filtering.
Knitted wire mesh panel can be made of metal wires including stainless steel wire, monel wire, nickel wires. It can also be made of polypropylene wires.
